  1. Got to helpdesk.mybps.org and login with BPS ID and password
  2. Click Helpdesk on the left side
  3. On the right side you can search for tickets, such as ID, emails, and other details a ticket may have
    You can go directly into a ticket with t at in the front of the ticket number
  4. You will need to update a ticket: Owner, Resolution, and Status
    Here are some situations and how changes to Owner and Status the ticket should look like:
    For Resolution, update every time you make a change/call and add the date with a short description
  5. Click Apply Changes or Save at the bottom

To view active tickets you have set Category: to Chromebook and View By: to My Active Tickets. Click Help Desk on the left side if you do not see it on the top right side (see step 2 and 3)
Find any Chromebook ticket: https://helpdesk.mybps.org/admin
Set Category: to Chromebook and View By: to All Tickets
Click Help Desk on the left side if you do not see it on the top right side (see step 2 and 3)
