Zum is BPS's Transportation App, which is managed by the BPS Transportation Department.
Parents can track their child’s bus using the Zum Parent App, which can be accessed at https://www.ridezum.com/parents/how-zum-works/. In order to login, please use your email address or phone number associated with your student in the BPS Student Information System.
Please visit the BPS Zum Help Portal to request a transportation assignment change, file a complaint, or make other inquiries or contact the Transportation Hotline at 617-635-9520.
