Methods to enter Student Next Year Homeroom
During the End-of-Year Rollover students are moved from their current homeroom to the homeroom value in the Next Homeroom field..
The Next Homeroom is used with Group Scheduling in the Build View. If you plan on Group Scheduling by homeroom before the End-of-Year Rollover, you will want to assign students to their Next Homeroom.
There are three basic ways that you can enter in the Next Homeroom for your students.
- Enter in the Student Next Homeroom from the School view, Student top tab
- Enter in the Student Next Homeroom from the School view, School top tab, Next Year Students side tab
- Enter in the Student Next Homeroom from the Build view, Student top tab
