What is the Conflict of Interest Law Training course? Who should complete this course?

This training course is presented by the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and is a required training that Boston Public Schools employees need to complete every two years. 

This training course is designed for all staff in the Boston Public Schools. 

How do I login to the training course?

  1. Sign in to BPSLearns with your BPS Gmail account. Please note: if you are new to BPSLearns, it will take a few moments before you can register for the training course.
  2. Click on the Discover icon and then click to self-enroll in the Conflict of Interest Law training course. The direct link to the training course is: https://learn.bostonpublicschools.org/d2l/le/discovery/view/course/6782

What is the content and how long will it take to complete?

The training is fully online and asynchronous, which means that participants complete the modules at their own pace.

The training should take 1 hour to complete and consists of 8 modules. You must complete all 8 in order to satisfy the completion requirement.
