Finding Students Missing Schedules for SIMS Reporting

Rikka Mai Updated by Rikka Mai

This guide is intended for school staff that can schedule students.

Per state reporting requirements, all BPS students need to have a schedule in Aspen, excluding those in grade SP. Students in 6th to 10th grade are also required to have a Math and English section in their schedule.

There are two filters which help to identify active students that need to be scheduled. Please add a schedule for them.

These filters only show students who are missing required data for state reporting. Please ensure that the students at your school have a full schedule which reflects all their classes. Although the state requires only 6th-10th graders to have Math and English, please be sure to follow BPS guidelines in scheduling all students.
