How to Update Parent Emails and Phone Numbers

Users must be have appropriate access in Aspen to update parent contact information:

  • Principal/Headmaster
  • Asst Principal/Headmaster
  • Secretary
  • A user with the role School - Update Student & Contact Info

Update Student Info

  1. From the Student top tab, select the student record and then click the Contacts side tab
  2. Click on the contact record to edit.
  3. Update the Phone and Email fields and click Save

Teachers and Staff

Teachers can update their Students contact information from the Staff View.
