How to Copy the Courses In Use to the Build Year Course Catalog

1. Click the Schedule top-tab and then the Courses side-tab

2. Click the Filter menu

3. Click Courses in Master Schedule

4. Enter the year and click Submit

5. You will see a list of the courses your school is using.

6. Click Snapshots...

7. Click New

Step 7 image

8. Name this snapshot "Courses in Master Schedule in [year]". Select Current List and click Save

9. Click the Filter menu

10. Click Build Year

11. Click Options

12. Click Copy Course Catalog...

13. Click Snapshots

14. Select the Snapshot that you created on step 8 and click OK

15. Select the Catalog Year you would like to Copy From and Copy to. Select the Replace all existing checkbox if this is the initial copy of the catalog. Do not select this checkbox if you already started working on your catalog. Click OK

16. The courses in use will be listed under the build year filter.

17. Click the drop down arrow and select the Build view

18. Click Scenario

19. Click the scenario that you are working on.

20. Click Courses

21. Click Options

22. Click Refresh
