- At the top right, click the 'three dot' menu icon, and select 'Settings'
- Find the 'Privacy and security' section, and click 'Site settings'.
- Scroll down until you see 'PDF documents'
- Toggle the setting for 'Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome' to Blue
