How to Create a Grading Column with Assignment Averages

The teacher's name must be attached to the Categories on the Gradebook > Categories side-tab to allow the categories to show up on the "Available Fields" pop-up on the step 7 below.
If the categories are not listed under the "Available Fields":
1. Switch to the Staff view
2. Select the teacher's name
3. Click Gradebook
4. Categories side-tab > Option > Modify List > Click the pencil under Name to add the teachers name > Click the green checkmark to save. Then you will be able to see the Categories on the "Available Fields" pop-up when you go back to step 7 again.

2. Check off the class and click Scores

4. Click New

5. For Name type in Full View Avg and Grading Mark

6. For Owner Select Quincy Upper School

7. Select Overall to CA Q3

8. Click Add > >

9. Click the drop down arrow

10. Select Post Columns

11. Select IB1 Mark

12. Click Add > >

13. Click Save

15. Select Full View Avg and Grading Mark to see the grades with averages
