What is Albert.io and who has access?

Albert is an all-encompassing practice and assessment tool for grades 5-12, offering best-in-class content for all departments in one place - everything from AP® subjects, state-aligned general education content, electives, ACT®/ SAT® preparation, and state exam material is included in a standard district license. Albert challenges students to apply what they learn and make connections between concepts. We’re a platform built by teachers, for teachers, focused on fueling student outcomes. 

AP® teachers and AP® students in Boston Public Schools have access to Albert.io via Clever.

How do I login?

Go to Clever: www.bostonpublicschools.org/backpack. Be sure to sign in using your BPS Gmail and password.

Look for the Albert.io icon under Student Links.

Teachers: Once you login to Albert.io via Clever, you should create classes, enroll students, and then begin assigning from there. Please follow the instructions here to set up your Albert.io account. If you do not have access to the content in Albert, reach out to your administrator to ensure you’ve been approved as a teacher in Albert.

What devices is it compatible with?

Albert.io works on laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and phones.
