How to add a Course to Your School Course Catalog

1 The first step is to open Aspen and click Schedule

2 Click Courses

3 Click Options

4 Click Add...

5 Click The Course Catalog drop-down menu

6 Select the appropriate School Year

7 Click the School Level drop-down menu

Step 7 image

8 Select All

Step 8 image

9 Click Search on Course No

Step 9 image

10 Type the course number

Step 10 image

11 Click the magnifying glass

Step 11 image

12 Make sure the course in checked and click OK

13 That's it. You're done.
