How to Assign a Schedule to Homeroom sections to Enable them to Appear on Panorama

1. Click Schedule

2. Click Platoon / HR field twice to sort the homerooms.

3. Select one class section for each homeroom. For grades 1-5 select the Reading section.

4. For K0-K2 select the Reading/Writing or the Homeroom APK section if your school uses the latter.

5. THE NEXT 2 STEPS ARE CRUCIAL AND MUST BE FOLLOWED TO PREVENT YOU FROM CHANGING THE SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSES.

6. Click Show Selected

7. Now that you have only the intended homeroom classes selected, click Options again.

8. Click Mass Update...

9. Select Schedule

10. Enter 1(1-5), P1(M-F) or whichever combination that your school uses for the Period 1, Monday through Friday schedule. Then click Advanced

11. Check off Force save and click Update.

12. The schedule will be added to the classes. This will allow the homeroom classes from your school to appear on Panorama.
