How to configure your Chromebook for the WIDA/Access test

The WIDA test, also known as Access, requires a unique code to be entered when using a Chromebook for the first time. This code only needs to be entered the first time a Chromebook is used for the Access test.
  1. For BPS Chromebooks, please open the DRC Insight app from the "Apps" folder at the bottom of the Chromebook login screen.
  2. Then you will be prompted with the first screenshot below. You will need to click the "Assign Device to ORG Unit".
  3. Then you will see the second screenshot and enter the “org unit id” that corresponds to your school building, located at the bottom of this page. Then click "Register"
