How do I Send Progress Reports with ParentSquare?

Please note: In order to send out Secure Document Delivery to families in ParentSquare, first create a template. Watch a video or follow the steps below.

Create a Progress Report Template

  1. Click Add-ons
  2. Click Secure Documents
  3. Click on New Template
  4. Name your Template, and upload a Progress Report
  5. Select SIS ID, and on the preview of the sample PDF, "Click and drag" to draw a rectangle around the position where the student ID is located.
  6. Click Save Selection

Send Progress Reports using the Progress Report Template

  1. Click on Send from Template
  2. Type in the number amount of Progress Reports you are sending, and upload the PDF file of the Progress Reports.
  3. Give the email a Title, and write what you would like the body of the email to say. The bottom portion will show you who is receiving the email.
  4. To instantly send out the document click on "Send Document." To schedule a date and time click the drop down option next to Send Document and set the date and time.
  5. Your Documents have been sent, refresh this page to view status of sent documents. The bottom part of this page shows you the parents that recieved the documents.
