What is EdPlan? Who has access?

EdPlan is a special education case management tool used for managing student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans in the Boston Public Schools./EasyIEP is a special education case management tool used for managing student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in the Boston Public Schools.

This tool is managed by the Office of Services. To request access, please submit this form.. You may also contact Kristine Corrado to follow up.
 It may take up to 48 hours (2 school days) for access to be granted. You will receive an email confirmation once your access has been updated.
  • If you follow these steps and still need support, you may follow up with Kristine Corrado.

How do I access EdPlan/EasyIEP?

Clever: Go to clever.com/in/bostonpublic. Look for the EasyIEP icon below under Staff Links.

I’m receiving an error message when I log in—what do I do?

  • If you see error messages (including "remote access"), reset your password via Boston’s Access/ESS website: https://access.boston.gov

This will update your password for all BPS logins (EdPlan, Gmail, Aspen, etc.).

I don’t see my students—what do I do?

If you have access but don’t see your students, create your caseload via the caseload wizard or add students manually.
