What is EdPlan? Who has access?

EdPlan/EasyIEP is a special education case management tool used for managing student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in the Boston Public Schools.

This tool is managed by the Office of Special Education. If you need access, please submit this form. You may also contact Kristine Corrado to follow up.

How do I access EdPlan/EasyIEP?

Once you have an account, EasyIEP/EdPlan can be accessed in one of two ways:

Direct Link: https://go1.pcgeducation.com/maboston

Clever: Go to clever.com/in/bostonpublic. Look for the EasyIEP icon below under Staff Links.

I don't see my students. What do I do?

If you already have access but are not seeing your students, please create your caseload via the caseload wizard and/or add the student to your caseload.
