How Can Teachers Take Class Summer Attendance

The default attendance for summer school is null (empty). Teachers must click Present, Absent, T, or D to record a student's attendance. If no code is entered for a student, it indicates that the attendance was not taken.

Class attendance for High School, Credit Recovery, ESY, and ESI will be taken in Aspen and should be completed daily by 11:30AM.

1. Click Attendance

2. Click the Class side-tab

3. Click the class that you want to take attendance.

4. Click the appropriate attendance code for each student.

5. Once you are done, click Post.
