How to Run the Class Office Period Attendance Report

Class Office Period Attendance Report - up to 10 periods

The Class Office Period Attendance Report is used to easily compare Daily Attendance to Class Attendance. The Class Office Period Attendance Report - up to 10 periods Report is the default report. This report can be used by any school using period ids 1-10.

If your schedule periods are something other than 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, this report must be customized for your school.

To run the report: Log on to the School view in Aspen ( sis.mybps.org)

  1. Click on the Attendance top tab
  2. Click on the Class Office side tab
  3. Click on the Reports Menu
  4. Select the Class Office Period Attendance Report - up to 10 Periods report
  1. Enter the start date
  2. Enter the end date
  3. Print for Options:
  4. Select the number of periods in your schedule

  1. Click Run


Schools with Period Structure other than 1-10

If your school has a different period structure this report must be customized for your school. Email aspen@bostonpublicschools.org".
