8 STEPS
1 The first step is to open SchoolMessenger: and click System
2 Click Contacts
3 Click Search for Person
4 Click Search
5 Type the phone number.
6 Click Search
7 Click the student or staff number.
8 Scroll down and you will be able to see which school they are located in. The school should remove the phone number from SIS as well as any other directories they may keep.
